Welcome to my booking site!!🥰 My name is Cheyenne Lovell. I'm a Licensed Esthetician with Living Pretty Esthetics LLC located at 207 E. 9th Street in Trenton, MO. I have wanted to be an Esthetician for as long as I can remember. As someone who has personally struggled with acnaic skin my whole life, it really got me interested in skin care and everything acne related. After graduating with my Esthetician License from Entourage Institute of Beauty and Esthetics, I decided to further my education with Face Reality and become a Certified Acne Expert! Not only do I offer facial treatments designed to target acnaic skin concerns, but I also offer treatments designed to target pigmentation, skin texture, and age related concerns! Other services I offer are: 🌸Full Body Waxing - men & women 🌸Brow Lamination & Tint 🌸Lash Lift & Tint 🌸Lash Extensions When I'm not at the spa, you can find me spending quality time with my family and being a mom to two of the most amazing kids, Paizlee and Rhett. I also enjoy playing pool, riding around in our RZR, or working part-time as a 911 operator at my local police department!! Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, we have instituted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an existing appointment. If the client cancels within the 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, a fee of $40.00 will be charged to their credit card on file. Some exceptions may apply.
If the client does not show up for their scheduled appointment or are 10 minutes late for their appointment, they will be considered a “No Show” and 50% of the service amount will be charged to the credit card on file and/or deposits will be required for future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and this policy helps us achieve our goal by ensuring that our technicians’ time is used efficiently and effectively.
